AMET GLOBAL - Official Policies
Admission and Registration Policies
1. Refund Eligibility: Students are eligible for a refund within 3 working days after admission. After this period, no refund requests will be accepted.
2. Registration Management: AMET reserves full rights to approve, hold, or cancel any student's admission based on internal verifications and compliance checks.
3. Accurate Documentation: Students must submit accurate, complete, and verifiable information. Any false submission leads to cancellation without refund.
4. Mandatory Compliance: Students must strictly follow AMET's admission procedures, document requirements, and attend all induction sessions.
5. University Compliance: Students must comply with University, Board, and Government eligibility guidelines. Non-compliance leads to automatic rejection.
6. Timely Communication: Students must respond promptly to official communication (email, call, WhatsApp). Non-responsiveness can result in cancellation.
Academic Performance and Conduct Policies
7. Attendance Requirement: A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory. Falling below this without valid justification can cause suspension.
8. Certification Criteria: Admission does not guarantee certification. Certification depends on successful course completion and board approval.
9. Student Accountability: Students are solely responsible for their exam preparation, attendance, and academic performance.
10. Fee Payment Deadlines: Students must pay tuition and other fees on or before the due date. Late payments without approval attract penalties.
11. Exam Failures: Students failing an exam must bear additional charges (tuition fees, re-exam fees, etc.).
12. No Refund for Failures: No refunds, waivers, or compensations will be granted for academic failure.
Disciplinary and Ethical Policies
13. Respectful Behavior: Students must respect AMET staff, management, trainers, and counselors at all times. Misbehavior can lead to suspension or termination.
14. Disciplinary Actions: Any form of harassment, misconduct, or code of conduct violation will be penalized, including suspension or expulsion.
15. Material Protection: Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of AMET's educational materials, recordings, or content will attract strict legal action.
External Dependency Policies
16. External Policy Changes: AMET is not liable for any changes made by Universities, Boards, or Government bodies affecting admission, certification, or registration.
17. Board Cancellations: University or Board decisions to cancel a student's registration will be honored without refund obligations from AMET.
Refund and Deregistration Policies
18. Refund Process: Refund processing (if eligible) follows University or Board rules and can vary based on technical registration issues.
19. Deregistration Rights: AMET reserves the right to deregister students at any time due to: Incomplete payment, Lack of communication, Submission of invalid documents, Student irresponsibility.
20. No Refund after Deregistration: Students deregistered for violating policies will not be eligible for any refund.
Job Assistance Policies
21. Job Placement Disclaimer: AMET does not guarantee job placement. Some job listings may have a service fee.
22. Job Application Responsibility: Students must carefully review job criteria and fees before applying through AMET.
Legal and Compliance Policies
23. Government Regulations: Students must follow applicable national and international education regulations during the course tenure.
24. Policy Acceptance: By registering, students agree to abide by all AMET terms, policies, and conditions unconditionally.
25. Policy Update Rights: AMET reserves the right to amend policies anytime without prior individual notification. Updated policies will apply automatically.
